Prior to founding PRA, Christine Rufenacht co-headed the Paris Projects Group of Allen & Overy LLP (2009-2020), working on all aspects of the development, acquisition, disposal and funding of energy and infrastructure assets around the world with a particular interest in market firsts and management of political risk.
Christine advises domestic and international sponsors, lenders and public authorities on English and French law matters. Her broad experience allows her to reach consensus quickly.
Christine primarily focuses on renewable energy (wind, solar, hydropower) and infrastructure (dams, airports, highways, tramways, tunnels).
Christine has been recognised by key market players for its ability to represent clients in their most strategic and complex transactions.
